Splash Casselman
Come cool off at Casselman’s Splash in Richelieu Park.  This water jet park permits children of all ages to come cool off and have fun with water jets for free.  They are open from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm every day of the week. 

This project was feasible with the financial help obtain from Trillium Ontario.  You can read more on Trillium at www.trilliumfoundation.org

Cycling path
It is possible to access the Prescott-Russell Recreational Trail from Casselman.  The Panoramic path and The Milky Way path both pass through the village of Casselman.  Also, it is possible to connect to The Forest Edge path and the Town and Country path.  For more information, please come pick up your copy of the Prescott and Russell Cycling Guide or visit this website: http://www.prescott-russell.on.ca/counties.jsp?section=recreatrail   

Fishing and canoeing
The South Nation River crosses Casselman.  The tranquil waters are conducive to fishing and canoeing.  The Highfalls Park has a water access ramp. 

A little bit of history
Casselman offers historical buildings and sites such as the train station (1938-39), the old cemetery, the chapel Marie Reine des coeurs (1964) and the old electrical plant (functional prior to the 50’s). Casselman Public Place
The Casselman Public Place is situated on Principale St across from the church.  During the summer, it transforms into a market.

The train station is open from 9AM to 7PM  from May 1st to labor day weekend in September.
