The postal strike is disrupting the delivery of water and sewer bills. The Municipality of Casselman reminds you that you are responsible for paying your bills as usualSign up to receive your bill online via our website at casselman.ca. The usual late fees will apply to unpaid bills.

To register online, go to www.casselman.ca and click on the postal strike tab.

Once you've registered online, the municipality will send you your bill. You have several options for sending us your payment: pre-authorized payment, online payment by adding us as a payee, by check, by electronic transfer (email), and by debit in person at the municipal office.

September water and sewer bills will be available starting October 7, 2025. To obtain your balance or a copy of your bill, you can contact us at 613-764-3139, visit us in person at 751 St-Jean Street, or email us at info@casselman.ca.

If you mailed a cheque after September 15, 2025, please contact the Municipality to confirm receipt or arrange an alternative payment method.

Municipality suppliers are invited to contact us for invoice payment.
