🚧 Important Notice – Use of Municipal Roads

The Municipality would like to remind residents and contractors that roads are intended for travel and not for the storage of materials or equipment.

We have observed that materials related to construction and landscaping projects (soil, sand, gravel, equipment, etc.) are sometimes placed on roadways or in ditches. This practice is not permitted and can create serious safety hazards for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers.

👉 Important reminders:

• All materials must be delivered and stored directly on private property
• Obstructing or encumbering the roadway is not permitted
• Fines may be issued for non-compliance

This practice is a violation of By-law 90‑337 (Care of Streets).
