What is CityWide?

CityWide is the official online platform used by the Municipality of Casselman for submitting some permit and license applications. 
Residents can create an account, submit forms, upload documents, and track the status of their applications.

What are the types of applications currently available on CityWide?

Why does the Municipality require two portals? CityWide AND Bciti+?

CityWide and Bciti+ work together to improve resident services: 
CityWide handles seferal types of applications; Bciti+ keeps residents informed. 

CityWide allows residents to: 

  • Submit applications online
  • Upload required documents
  • Track the status of requests
  • Receive notifications from the municipality
  • Renew eligible licenses online

  • Receive important municipal notifications
  • Stay updated during emergencies
  • Access alerts about road closures, service interruptions, etc.
  • Get a virtual library card

Can I get CityWide in French?

Need to View CityWide in French or in an other language? 

CityWide does not include built‑in language toggles, but Google Chrome can translate the entire page automatically. 

How to translate a page in Chrome: 

  1. Right‑click anywhere on the page
  2. Select “Translate to English” or “Traduire en français”
  3. Use the translation icon in the address bar to switch languages if needed 

This allows all residents to navigate the portal in their preferred language.
