The winter overnight parking by-law is in effect throughout the Municipality of Casselman. From November 1st to April 1st, parking on the street is prohibited between 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.  Furthermore, if your vehicle obstructs snow removal operations, it will be towed and you will be subject to a $175 fine. More than 80 warnings were issued last week regarding this by-law.
