Important Reminder – Temporary Shelters

According to municipal by-law, all temporary shelters, including their structures, must be removed no later than May 1st.

A “temporary storage structure” refers to any manufactured structure (plastic, metal, or treated fabric) erected to provide a tarp-style roof, with or without side panels, for covering goods, materials, motor vehicles, or recreational vehicles.

No person shall have a temporary storage structure erected in the front yard, side yard, or any part thereof after April 30th of any given year.
