Seven municipalities (The Nation, Champlain, Russell, Alfred-Plantagenet, East Hawkesbury, Clarence-Rockland and Casselman) of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell are issuing a joint Request for Proposals (RFP) for the supply of an Internet and Telephone Voting System,  for the October 2026 Municipal and School Board Elections.

All municipalities have a bilingual population. Therefore, the material, equipment, and voting system shall be available in both English and French.
